Fitzpatrick Announces Two New Partners

Fitzpatrick, Cella is very pleased and proud to announce Marc J. Pensabene and William E. Solander have been elected partners of the firm effective January 1, 2003.

Marc J. Pensabene focuses his practice on patent litigation, licensing and counseling in the electrical and mechanical arts. Some of the technologies he works with include computer hardware and software, such as thin film transistors used in laptop computers, scanning calorimeters, biological fluid analyzers, cardiac pacemakers, automatic circuit assembly machines, bar code scanners, and IC semi-conductor chips and manufacturing processes. 

William E. Solander  is active in all areas of the firm’s litigation practice and has participated in the litigation of numerous patent disputes, especially in the pharmaceutical and chemical areas. Mr. Solander’s practice encompasses a range of technologies including, most recently, anti-cancer drugs, anti-ulcer drugs, structural composites and new battery technologies.
