Frank A. DeLucia, Jr., has extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution, reexaminations and reissue proceedings in the electrical and software arts. Some of the representative arts he has worked with include computer hardware and software, optics, telecommunications, optical networks, image and digital signal processing, e-commerce, cellular and mobile telephony, flat panel displays, electrical power systems, integrated circuits, semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes, endoscopes, microwave devices, automotive engine components, laser printers and other electro-mechanical devices. Mr. DeLucia also has experience in patent interferences.
