Professional Experience

Ralph A. Dengler is active in all aspects of the firm's patent litigation and trademark practice. Mr. Dengler has litigated across a broad range of technologies, including the pharmaceutical, mechanical, electronic and computer arts.

Mr. Dengler is also an Infantry Officer in the Marine Corps Reserve and formerly was a New York State Prosecutor. He served two combat tours in Iraq in 2003 and 2007-2008.
