Professional Experience
Daniel Barry focuses his practice on patent prosecution. While in law school, Mr. Barry served as a technical editor for the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal. In addition, Mr. Barry won the Gerald Marer Advocacy Prize for Best Brief and the Alan G. Martin Prize for Best Oral Advocacy Team in Honors Moot Court.
In 2006, Mr. Barry served as a summer judicial extern for the Honorable Judge James Ware, United States District Court Judge in the Northern District of California.
Prior to law school, Mr. Barry designed control systems in the building automation industry.
