Professional Experience
Micheal Binns joined Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto in the Fall of 2008. Mr. Binns' practice includes patent prosecution and litigation, particularly, biotechnology and pharmaceutical litigation, as well as prosecution matters including inks, ink jet printers, and pharmaceutical compositions.
While at Fordham University, Mr. Binns competed as an oral advocate on the Pepperdine National Entertainment Law Moot Court Team, placing third in the competition. In addition, Mr. Binns was the president of the Black Law Students Association and a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Binns taught mathematics, biology and chemistry at City Harvest Christian Academy in Yonkers, New York.
