Professional Experience
Joshua Davis practices complex patent litigation with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
While at Yale University, Mr. Davis was part of a group studying ribozymes and the structure of protein/RNA complexes.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Davis worked at The Scripps Research Institute where he studied the structure and function of multiprotein complexes involved in genetic regulation.
During his time at Emory University, Mr. Davis was Executive Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review. Mr. Davis also graduated from Emory with a Certificate in Intellectual Property for his work in the area of technology commercialization.
