Professional Experience

Thomas Burns joined Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto in Fall 2004. Mr. Burns focuses his practice on Litigation, specifically pharmaceuticals and other biotechnology and chemical cases. While in law school, Mr. Burns served as an editor for the Boston University Law Review.
