Professional Experience

Charles H. Chevalier practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on complex pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act.  He has worked on cases involving beta-blockers, oral contraceptives and ADHD therapies.  Mr. Chevalier also has experience performing opinion work, pre-suit investigations and licensing and transactional work.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Chevalier was employed in the pharmaceutical industry as a Research Biochemist for eight years and has significant experience in High-Throughput Screening and Laboratory Automation.
