Frank L. Cire's practice focuses on patent prosecution in the software, electrical, and mechanical arts. Some of the technologies he has worked with include computer networks, digital signal processing, real-time control systems, computer user interfaces, instrumentation, and oil field production and drilling equipment.

Mr. Cire's engineering experience includes designing computerized instrumentation and control systems for oil field production facilities, designing aircraft component test beds, and designing automated medical laboratory equipment.
