Stephen E. Belisle Associate, DC

Professional Experience

Mr. Belisle’s practice focuses on district court litigation, appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals, patent interferences, opinion work and client counseling.

Before joining Fitzpatrick, Cella, Mr. Belisle was an Airborne-Ranger qualified Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, having experience with explosives, demolition operations, heavy construction equipment, and horizontal construction operations.  Mr. Belisle also has experience in engineering and design in the fields of plastics, molding, metal forming, and dies, and in manufacturing and production processes within those fields. 

Since joining Fitzpatrick, Cella, Mr. Belisle also has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in the fields of air care, home cleaning, and home storage devices and products, as well as semiconductor wafer photolithography, recording devices, photocopying, printers, photography, fluidized bed combustion, and industrial furnace technology.
